Creating the Cover: Elise Trissel

SUMMARY: Using just a six-foot ladder, a small printout of a picture and acrylic paint, associate creative media producer Elise Trissel created a mural used for the Madison magazine cover. The mural was created to recreate a piece from and tell the story of Impact Art Gallery—a business launched by two JMU students.
