Recognizing that scholarship is accomplished at a variety of times, this accountability group is designed for those who think best as the sun sets. Join other night owls in this writing accountability group for scholarly productivity in a supportive community.

Over the course of six weeks, participants will meet as a group on Tuesday evenings for dedicated writing time, accountability checks, and collective encouragement. Participants will focus on a specific scholarly project in order to make meaningful progress toward identified goals (e.g., create materials, complete data analysis, submit a manuscript) while providing feedback and navigating roadblocks together.

Participants will commit to

  • being present for five 3-hour time blocks on the given dates;
  • interacting with one another outside group meeting times to support progress; and
  • discussing individual progress on scholarly projects.

Coffee, tea, snacks and good humor will be provided!
