Workshop Description: Wellness is a journey, not a destination! Discover 7 components to wellness to create a balanced lifestyle.  

In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn a useable definition of wellness.
  • Discover what a balanced life could look like for them.
  • Determine how to set reasonable and attainable wellness goals.
