Workshop Description: Anyone who has been part of a team would agree that a unified team offers personal payoffs. A unified team helps us feel good about ourselves and what we are doing. It helps us feel appreciated and needed. A team isn’t automatically unified, it takes work and commitment and every time a new person joins or leaves the team, unity is affected. While conflict is often blamed for the breakdown of a team’s unity, it is usually just a symptom of a larger problem. This workshop will focus on both the symptoms and cure. After resolving negative conflict, participants will learn how to focus team members and promote the positive feelings of unity within their team.
