Target Audience: Individuals interested in learning about the fundamentals of time management.

Workshop Description: Where on earth does time go?  We all get the same 24 hours in a day, but how we use those hours greatly impacts our success or failure.  Participants will explore how to tackle budgeting time head-on.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Identify reasons for improving time management
  • Evaluate time-wasting costs
  • Develop goals that focus on results
  • Manage personal energy
  • Overcome typical time barriers
    1. Procrastination
    2. Drop-in visitors
    3. Telephone interruptions
    4. Email distractions
  • Manage for the unexpected
  • Develop a time management action plan
