Six Hats, Six Colors, Six Ways of Thinking |
Thinking is our ultimate human resource. The main difficulty of thinking is confusion…we try to do too much at once. Edward DeBono indicates that we each own six imaginary hats of different colors with each hat representing a different style of thinking: intuition, data, benefits, risks, creativity, and process. Six Hats is a simple, effective system that fosters collaboration (keeping egos in check), increases productivity, and increases creativity and innovation. (Teams)

MBTI |
The most widely used personality inventory in the world provides a picture of a person's personality type determining preferences on 4 dichotomies: extraversion-introversion; sensing-intuition; thinking-feeling; judging-perceiving. Combinations of these preferences result in 16 personality types. Understanding characteristics unique to each personality type can provide insight on how they influence an individual's way of communicating and interacting with others. The application can promote personal and professional growth and development and can enhance leadership and coaching, team development, conflict resolution, retention, culture and working relationships.
