Workshop Description:  Facilitation skills are becoming more of  a necessary competency in today’s work environment. This workshop is designed to give those individuals who lead workshops, meetings, etc. the understanding and tools that will enhance their facilitation style.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn the role of a facilitator
  • Learn the four instructor styles
  • Explore techniques to gain participant input
  • Develop strategies to manage time and pace
