Workshop Description: Join us as we examine the concept of resiliency, the ability to thrive in the face of adversity and disruptive change, and explore how to tap in to your own natural capacity to be resilient. From maintaining high productivity during an organization restructuring to coping with a divorce to surviving a serious illness, some individuals demonstrate more resilience than others. The good news is that all of us can become more resilient! Explore ways to improve our problem solving capacity, increase our ability to maintain a positive attitude during difficult times, and develop a knack for bouncing back quickly from setbacks. Participate in a lively discussion that will help you to identify practical tools and strategies for fostering your own natural resiliency in today’s rapidly changing and demanding workplace.
