Workshop Description: Two-thirds of Americans say they are likely to seek help for stress. 62% say work has a significant impact on their stress levels. 70% of workers are unhappy in their current employment due to work related stress. What does that mean? We have a lot in common. You're not alone. You're not weak. You're, well, normal. In this class, we'll determine how to place our pots on the best burners at the best temperatures so our food can always be cooked to perfection. What does stress have to do with cooking? Join us and find out…

In this workshop participants will:
  • normalize stress - develop an understanding that stress is a "normal" part of everyone's work life.
  • prioritize responsibilities to determine what is important and what just feels important.
  • develop a strategy for moving things between the “burners” in a way that decreases the potential for unmanageable stress.
