Workshop Description: Stress is the last thing you want at work or at home, right? Well, not necessarily. It turns out that a little adversity can actually make you stronger. Join us as we
turn ideas about workplace stress upside down while learning that challenges can actually be vital to life-long learning and growth.
In this workshop participants will:
- define stress.
- discuss positive and negative impacts of stress.
- assess ten stress-related areas.
- identify and analyze personal stressors.
- examine how stress impacts: change,
teams and supervision.
- identify stress areas to apply strategies for improvement.
- generate action items to turn stressors into gifts.
