Workshop Description:  We all know that our employees are our most important resource, but our busy work days filled with tasks to complete, problems to solve and fires to put out can make it easy for our leadership priorities slip off the radar.  Come join this interactive session packed with tips and techniques for developing a simple system that can help busy managers increase productivity, boost morale and increase employee engagement.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn how to use a simple 9-minute template to keep important leadership tasks on the front burner
  • Explore three Key questions that will help to connect purpose to paycheck for employees
  • Learn a four step formula for addressing subpar performance and increasing employee engagement
  • Examine a simple coaching model that includes mini-milestones that can help maximize employee growth
  • Explore four reward/recognition tools that will help your employees feel valued and motived
