Target Audience: Individuals interested in learning how to structure and develop processes for effective meetings.

Workshop Description: Do you leave meetings wondering why you were there?  Do you attend meetings and leave with a sense of deja vu, a feeling that you have been in the same meeting multiple times?  Are you in charge of meetings but are unsure of meeting protocol?  If so, this workshop will offer practical tips for meeting structure, organization, processes and procedures that work.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Discuss the importance of meetings and what makes meetings ineffective.
  • Compare meeting types.
  • Compare decision making processes.
  • Learn problem solving tools to increase meeting productivity.
  • Learn a process that impacts meeting success and member engagement.
  • Learn strategies for having effective meetings.
  • Develop “Meeting Etiquette” expectations.
  • Develop a customized meeting process for meetings that make a difference.
