Course Description: Individual Professional Development Plan: What is it? And how do I use it?

Developing a realistic personal plan for professional growth and development can be challenging and overwhelming. During this session, the Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP) will be reviewed and the steps to create a meaningful plan will be covered. Participants will also have time to work or complete their own IPDP.
