Session Description: The Dux Center received an IDEA Grant for piloting a personal development workshop series designed to help students celebrate the differences of others by better understanding the personality blend in themselves and in others. Using the DISC Personality Profile Ultimate Discovery System and conversations around mealtimes, student participants in the pilot program were given the opportunity to learn more about themselves, more about others, and gain experience using tools to increase their communication effectiveness and improve their ability to develop relationships with others. Join us in this session as we talk about how the program was designed, how it was implemented, and how successful it has been. We'll share the elements of the program, our struggles, as well as our assessment and evaluation results.
