Target Audience: Individuals wanting to learn how to prevent and manage conflict.

Series Description: Conflict in the workplace represents the largest reducible cost to business today.  In fact, effectively managed conflict can become an opportunity to strengthen relationships, achieve better results, and save money.  Using real-world, personalized cases, participants will learn the Five Keys to Having a Nice Conflict emphasizing practical, easy-to-use skills that can be applied immediately.

Workshop Description: In this session, participants will explore personal motivation through the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI).


Session 2: Conflict’s Debut

Workshop Description: In this session, participants will explore conflict triggers and conflict sequences.


Session 3: Keys to Conflict

Workshop Description: In this session, participants will learn about and explore the first two keys to conflict:  Anticipate and Prevent.


Session 4:  Keys to Conflict Cont.

Workshop Description: In this session, participants will learn about and explore the last three keys to conflict:  Identify, Manage and Resolve
