Never have the differences between generations been as apparent as they are today. These differences can be seen in the community, in our homes and even in the workplace. When conflict arises, could it simply be two different generational views of the same situation? By better understanding your own generation, as well as those around you, you can build more effective work relationships.

In this workshop participants will:

  • learn about the potential impact of generational identity on one’s attitudes, beliefs and behaviors.
  • explore the ways in which intergenerational differences may show up in the workplace.
  • explore effective ways of bridging intergenerational gaps to create more positive and successful working environments.
