Workshop Description: These sessions will cover the supervisors need to know items related to the performance evaluation process and a “crash course” overview of the performance management tools for classified employees. Content of the session includes the key dates and timelines, best practices for performance management, and important reminders related to the process. Employees are welcome to attend.
