Session One
Understanding Leadership
Thursday, March 13, 2014, 9:00 AM – 12 Noon, Wine-Price
Our first session will help prospective leaders understand the leadership culture at JMU. After completing this module you will be able to:
- Identify five JMU leadership keys
- Identify some models for leadership
- Understand the importance of relationship building in leadership
- Identify workplace success questions as defined by the Gallup Study

Session Two
When I Grow Up

Customer Service in Your Own Backyard
