The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team
Course# TD1078

We’ve heard it all before. Teamwork, teamwork, teamwork. We know it’s important. We know it’s valuable. We know we need it.

But what if we have team that just isn’t functioning well? What if we’re working together but we’re not really working “together”?

In this five-part series, we will explore the levels of building and/or transforming into an effective team: establishing trust, creative conflict, commitment, accountability and reward. Participants will also complete the DISC assessment in order to better understand their own behaviors within the team environment.

Presented by Jennifer Testa
