The Fulbright Scholars Program is an excellent avenue to enrich the JMU internationalization and Faculty Diversity initiatives. A representative from the United States Fulbright Scholars Office in Washington D.C. has been invited to lead a session on "How to Bring International Fulbright Scholars to JMU". This is an opportunity for faculty and academic units to brainstorm on these issues of internationalization and faculty diversity through the Fulbright program. There will also be conversations about the opportunity for JMU faculty to represent the university abroad as a Fulbright Scholar.
