Target Audience: Individuals interested in learning about behavior styles.

Course Description: DiSC is a behavioral assessment tool that allows us to identify "how we act". Since behavior is a critical part of the success of our teams, recognizing your own behavioral style as well as the style of those around you can prove to be extremely beneficial. In this session, we will complete an individual assessment and then transition into a discussion of the four behavioral styles.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn about the four dimensions of DiSC.
  • Identify the behaviors associated with the four DiSC dimensions.
  • Identify areas of strength for each dimension.
  • Recognize DiSC behaviors in yourself and others.
