Target Audience: Individuals interested in taking their negotiation skills to a more advanced level.

Workshop Description:  Now that you have practiced your basic skills, it is time to explore difficult negotiations.  This interactive session will provide ideas for dealing with tough negotiations and time to practice new negotiation skills.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn about and discuss difficult negotiation situations and types of difficult negotiators
  • Learn skills and strategies for difficult negotiations
  • Practice negotiating in difficult situations
  • Practice negotiation with difficult negotiators
