Target Audience: Individuals who would like to continue learning on handling conflict effectively.

Course Description:

In Part I, we focused on the 'nuts and bolts' of handling conflict effectively. However, talking about it in a professional development session is a lot different than using the tools in an actual conversation. In this session, we will review the tips shared in Part I and then practice applying them in real-life discussions.

In this workshop participants will:

  • review the Difficult Conversations Model.
  • identify some pre-planning questions.
  • complete a Difficult Conversations Plan.
  • practice having a difficult conversation.

You must complete Difficult Conversations Part I in order to take this class.
