Workshop Description:  Delegating responsibility involves trust, authority and effective communication. Delegating a task and providing feedback without micro-managing can be a delicate balancing act.

In this session participants will learn how to:

  • Analyze tasks for delegation
  • Select delegatees
  • Assign tasks
  • Execute task delegation
  • Provide feedback sessions
