Workshop Description: Delegating responsibility involves trust, authority and effective communication. Delegating a task and providing feedback without micro-managing can be a delicate balancing act. In this session participants will learn how to:
- Analyze tasks for delegation.
- Select delegatees.
- Assign tasks.
- Execute task delegation.
- Provide feedback sessions.
