Target Audience: This course is intended for new Building Coordinators and Assistant Building Coordinators as well as experienced Coordinators who need a refresher or who have questions about one of the topics listed below.
Workshop Description:
This session will cover a variety of topics that Building Coordinators need to be familiar with. Information will include what to do with hazardous materials, how to contact Work Control to request work, scheduling special events, the need for fire evacuation plans, how certain fire protection systems work and much. We will also have the Bullex Fire Extinguishing System set up so you can practice putting out fires. Don’t worry, it is not a real fire but more along the lines of a highly specialized video game.
