knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not.”

We value acting with... integrity.
Integrity is firm adherence to a code or standard of values; integrity refers to consistency between values,
behavior, and organizational goals. Examples of integrity in action include:
- Establishment of and divisional support for core values
- Appropriately respecting confidentiality in interactions with students and colleagues
- Making decisions that might be unpopular but aligned with core values
- Holding student groups accountable for their actions

departmental integrity? How are employees held accountable for acting on these codes?
