Description
Duties:
This position is responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, receiving and posting payments, initiating service orders, assist with processing mail payments, schedule service connections and disconnections and other general office duties. Good customer service and communication skills are part of the job.

Schedule will depend on when this candidate is finished with school and able to begin. We typically employ summer assistance to help with the busy JMU student moving schedule and to make vacations easier for our staff. The job involves no evenings and no weekend work.

Specific hours
Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position could work 40 hours or less depending on the candidate.
