Stephanie Toler Ford graduated from JMU in 1992 with a BBA in Marketing and completed the Honors Program. Stephanie also obtained an MBA in Finance from the University of Richmond (’99) and is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR).  Stephanie has over 25 years of experience in finance, commercial banking, marketing and business strategy.  Stephanie assists clients with business strategy, board facilitation, strategic planning, and financing alternatives.

A Richmond native, Stephanie is currently a Director of Warren Whitney, a results-oriented management consulting firm based in Richmond, known for its expertise in Business Strategy and fractional leadership in Finance & Accounting, HR, and IT. Responsible for Business Development and Marketing Strategy, Stephanie spearheads discussions with company CEOs and CFOs to understand the unique challenges of their business and find solutions.

Stephanie and her family reside in Richmond and values being involved in the community in a variety of ways.  She currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Virginia Council of CEOs and is a member of the 2021 LEAD VA class.  Previously, she Chaired the Board of Directors of the Henrico County Economic Development Authority. She also served on the board of Richmond Montessori School, where she chaired their Capital Campaign. Other prior multi-year trustee terms include The Richmond Ballet, Trinity United Methodist Church, and the Richmond Chapter of Risk Management Association.
