University Scholars Leadership Symposium (USLS)

This summer is the annual University Scholars Leadership Symposium at the United Nations Centre in Bangkok, Thailand - http://www.universityscholars.org.uk/introduction.  In collaboration with CS-L, we are planning to sponsor several students to attend. This is a great opportunity for our study abroad alums and for students involved with CS-L programs and leadership.

The Symposium is creatively planned to help students discover their hidden potential as well as actively engaging them in learning experiences beyond the Conference. Students acquire robust confidence, goal-setting capabilities, self-reliance and independence, which are all prerequisites for the next generation of 21st Century leaders.

Held annually in a developing country in the Asia Pacific region, more than 7,000 emerging young leaders from more than 100 countries have undergone this life-changing experience. Upon completion of this one-week program, many delegates have gone back to their countries with new vision and passion to effect change and to transform lives in their communities.
