Kacey joined ERIA as assistant director in 2021 and works closely with JMU faculty, staff, students and administrators to coordinate "It's Complicated" and other student-centered activities that inspire the use of the 8KQ any time a difficult decision needs to be made. She also supports assessment and instructional design for ethical reasoning at JMU and beyond. 

Kacey was introduced to Ethical Reasoning in Action as a volunteer facilitator in 2015 and was part of the early group of professors to integrate the Eight Key Questions into their courses. She brings her skills in classroom instruction, comunnications and multi-media marketing to the ERiA office.
