VersaMail Timeout
Resolving VersaMail receiving issues by changing the default connections timeout
- On the Treo or Palm device open VersaMail
- Tap in the upper right portion of the screen, go to the Options
menu and select Preferences

- In the Preference window tap
on Connections

- Change the timeout period to 120 seconds
- Tap OK until back at
the main VersaMail window and attempt to retrieve messages
