VersaMail Timeout

Resolving VersaMail receiving issues by changing the default connections timeout

  • On the Treo or Palm device open VersaMail
  • Tap in the upper right portion of the screen, go to the Options menu and select Preferences





  • In the Preference window tap on Connections





  • Change the timeout period to 120 seconds
  • Tap OK until back at the main VersaMail window and attempt to retrieve messages
