Mac OS X Leopard/ Snow Leopard - Screen Share




Mac OS X Leopard contains a preinstalled VNC client. The application is called Screen Sharing and can be found in /System/Library/CoreServices/. To access a non Mac VNC server use the following directions.

  • Go to /System/Library/CoreServices/ and open Screen Sharing


  • Enter in the text vnc:// followed by the machines IP address and the port number if necessary





  • Click Connect, if prompted for a password please enter and continue
