Catesby Ware joined CISR as the Assistant Project Manager in August of 2023. She graduated from JMU in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree and double-major in both Spanish and International Relations, where she specialized in Foreign Policy and Global Governance. Her academic interests include democratic leadership and upheaval, international humanitarian law, and conventional weapons destruction. Catesby was selected to become the 41st FKD Fellow with CISR and the U.S. Department of State.
