Zoe Moser started as a Research Assistant with the Center for International Stabilization and Recovery (CISR) in August 2023. She is in her final year of undergraduate studies at James Madison University, pursuing a major in International Affairs with a concentration in International Conflict and Security. Additionally, she plans to complete minors in Spanish-English Translation and Interpretation and Religious Studies. Directly before coming to work for CISR, Zoe worked for the U.S. Department of State as an intern. Her professional interests include foreign policy, interstate and intrastate conflict, post-conflict recovery, foreign assistance, and youth development.
