The mission of the Office of Admissions is to support the university's commitment to excellence by recruiting, accepting and enrolling those students who are able to contribute to and benefit from the university's challenging array of academic and extracurricular programs.

Directions to campus
Southbound on I-81 - Take Exit 245 Port Republic Road, make a right at the exit and your first right onto JMU's campus.
Northbound on I-81 - Take Exit 245 Port Republic Road, make a left at the exit. After crossing the overpass, make a right onto JMU's campus.
Once on campus - The Campus Visitation Center is located in Sonner Hall, the second building on the left.
