Applicants that are most competitive for transfer admission typically have the equivalent of two full years of college coursework including a well-rounded program of study with college level courses in English, Laboratory Science, Mathematics and Social Science a cumulative GPA around 3.0/B average with mostly As and Bs.

The admissions committee considers both the high school record and college record.   The more college level work completed, the less important high school work will be.   Likewise, the less college level work completed the more important high school work becomes.
