If you witness atypical behavior in your classroom, please refer to the following resources on campus.

If you are concerned that one of your students may have a problem with alcohol abuse, contact the Office of Substance Abuse.

If a student is displaying aggressive or threatening behavior in class, contact the Counseling & Student Development Center.

If you find that a student is having issues with anxiety, contact the Counseling & Student Development Center.

If you are concerned that one of your students could use assistance with career planning, contact Career and Academic Planning.

If you are concerned that one of your students may need assistance dealing with disabilities, contact the Office of Disability Services.

If you are think that one of your students may need assistance with financial issues, please contact Financial Aid and Scholarships.

If you are concerned that one of your students may need assistance dealing with grief, please contact the Counseling and Student Development Center.

If you are concerned that one of your students may need assistance dealing with sexual orientation, contact the LGBT & Ally Education Program.

If you think a transfer student may need some assistance in adjusting to JMU, contact Madison Transfer.

If one of your students is experiencing test anxiety, contact the Counseling & Student Development Center.

If students wants to know more about civic involvement, direct them to Civic Engagement.

If you are concerned that a student is undergoing a crisis, contact the Counseling & Student Development Center.

If you find that a student is dealing with depression, contact the Counseling & Student Development Center.
