Goodall’s research focuses on understanding the distribution and behaviors of migratory bird and butterfly species.
Goodall earned a bachelor's degree in anthropology from California University of Pennsylvania, master's degrees in biology and geo-environmental studies from Shippensburg University, and a doctorate degree in geography from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
