Jonathan Ulanoff, MIBA, MAITM, PMP®, CSM®, CSSBB, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner is a dedicated project management professional, committed to making the discipline both engaging and accessible in his classes. Jonathan currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Program Management Office (PMO) at AdventHealth, overseeing the Project Management and Change Management teams of the Process Improvement (Pl) and Business Support department, supporting Revenue Cycle projects across AdventHealth. He applies best practices and techniques to oversee, mentor, and provide guidance and direction to the PMO team to ensure projects are executed in a timely manner while meeting Sponsors' and Key Stakeholders' expectations. Additionally, he is the main point of contact for large-scale initiatives requiring project management support with complex projects, diagnosing complicated challenges that rely on his experience and judgement to navigate projects to accomplish their goals.

Prior to joining AdventHealth, Jonathan was a Program Manager at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), supporting the US Marine Corps IT/RF-based programs, overseeing $400M in IDIQ cost-plus and fixed-fee contracts, seventeen geographically separated subcontractors' teams, and a matrix team of engineers, analysts, logisticians and technicians.

Jonathan's passion for helping others began while serving 21 years in the US Air Force (USAF), where the USAF core value of "Service Before Self" was instilled in him and stays true today. While aviation was his job classification, he was fortunate enough to be selected as a technical instructor, allowing him to pass on his knowledge to others.

Jonathan's 35+ year journey from aviation to technology and finally to healthcare was not the typical path someone would take, but it allowed him to gain valuable experience across all three industries and apply and share what he has learned with others. One constant thing is that project management's core principles apply regardless of the industry. A project manager is the rudder that steers all projects.
