She is the founder of Fallon Enterprises and previously worked in Big Four management consulting, advising U.S. federal government clients in talent enablement, learning and development, and HR strategy.

Meredythe holds a master’s degree in education and has taught college-level business courses. She serves on the James Madison University College of Business Board of Advisors and is a Loudoun 40 Under 40 honoree and two-time National Gold Star Teacher Award recipient.

Explore real-world entrepreneurial journeys to understand the motivations, challenges, decisions, and turning points that shape entrepreneurial success. Participants will identify common themes across different experiences and translate lessons learned into practical applications for their own educational environments.

Develop an understanding of the qualities, attributes, and skills that drive entrepreneurial thinking.
