As a small but highly collaborative team, Well Dukes has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous improvement, and enhancing the student experience through thoughtful assessment and innovation. In recognition of their work in this area, they were awarded the Assessment and Program Improvement award which recognizes an individual or team that has made significant contributions to the assessment of programming and services within Student Affairs.
Over the past year, Well Dukes developed and implemented multiple well-being needs assessments, using data to directly inform programs, training, and support for both students and staff. Their work reflects a deep commitment to listening, learning and making intentional changes that strengthen the impact of their services.
From refining student learning outcomes and developing strategic logic models to strengthening campus partnerships and investing in professional development, this team has embedded a true culture of assessment into everything they do. Their efforts not only improve programs today, but also help shape a stronger, more supportive future for the campus community.
