Congratulations to Dean & New eVA Updates

Hello eVA Users,
We would like to let everyone know that after seven years in Procurement Services, Dean Stubbs has accepted a position outside the university and their last day in the office will be August 3rd. While we are sad to be losing him in our office, we are excited for Dean and wish him the best of luck.
For things that you would have normally contacted Dean about, please direct those to AskeVA@jmu.edu or 540-568-4382. Be mindful that response times will be a bit longer than you are used to currently.
New eVA
As of now, eVA is still planning for a go-live date of November 1st. In preparation for this launch, review our New eVA Transition Guide and Up and Running with New eVA Training playback.
Richmond is still working to address bugs, so JMU and other agencies are still unable to test these changes. It will likely be late September before we have another update.
