Olivia has an extensive background in sport management at the collegiate level as well as in private sport facilities. A former Division II athlete with a Bachelor of Science from Slippery Rock University, Olivia is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Sport and Recreation Leadership.
Q: What do you love most about JMU?
A: “I love the friendliness of JMU. From faculty and staff members to students, everyone is very welcoming. Being new to JMU, I was nervous to be in a different environment. But now, I consider JMU my second home.”
Q: Where do you see yourself professionally in 5 years?
A: “In five years, I hope to be in a senior position working in compliance and student-athlete development at the Division II level.”
Q: What is most exciting to you about working with SPCE?
A: “Having the opportunity to work alongside the SPCE staff and connecting with a wide range of members from the community.”
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: “I enjoy being outdoors and active with my free time. It varies from going to the gym, running, playing golf, and pickleball.”
