Spring 2026 Faculty & Staff Yoga and Zumba Fitness Classes
NoticesBalanced Dukes will be offering Yoga & Zumba classes through our Faculty & Staff Fitness Program this spring! These classes are exclusively for faculty and staff and will be taught by experienced, certified instructors from our campus and the surrounding community.
Spring semester classes will start on January 26th and run through May 7th. We will not have classes during the week of Spring Break.
YOGA
Yoga is scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. and will be held at various locations on campus (view the schedule/locations here).
PRICING:
We are offering a total of 56 Yoga classes for the spring semester. You will have the option at registration to choose:

**when registering, you will need to select the day(s) you plan to attend classes. The payment system we are using may require you to use a non-JMU email. Registration will not be complete until payment is processed.
ZUMBA
Zumba is scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. and will be held at various locations on campus (view the schedule/locations here).
PRICING:
We are offering a total of 28 Zumba classes for the spring semester. You will have the option at registration to choose:
