Being the Change
Every worthy cause needs a champion, and Larry and Barbara Caudle have assumed that role many times. When President Alger announced the Vision Fund, an initiative to make JMU the national model for the engaged university, the Caudles were the first to sign up. In addition to a personal contribution, they led the Alumni Association’s $100,000 matching fund while Larry, an attorney and law partner in Kraftson Caudle, served as its president. These two College of Business alumni, who believe deeply in the mission of JMU, know that when donors, volunteers, mentors and advocates work together, Madison achieves.
