Movin’ and Groovin’ Day is an event for the entire community! Designed to empower girls to live healthy and active lives, Movin' and Groovin' Day activities are empowering, collaborative, and motivating!
Goal: To empower young girls to live healthy and active lives by providing positive lessons and experiences related to cardiovascular health, nutrition, muscular strength, flexibility, and teamwork.
Who: Students in grades K - 5 from the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County community are invited to participate. Registration required.
Cost: Free!
