Student Organization Services is proud to support the positive contributions clubs and organizations make to the James Madison University community. Every year existing clubs must renew their official recognition by submitting their Annual Registration Form. When this form is turned in the club may also register for Student Organization Night and edit their club's description in the Things To Do booklet that goes out to all first year and transfer students. If forms are not turned in on time then the group will be omitted from Things To Do as well as not be able to sign up for SON. In order to complete this form, please continue through the following pages. First, the organization president will read the Acknowledgement of Registration. Next, the faculty/staff adviser will read the JMU adviser policy. (If the adviser is not present, print this page and share with the organization adviser.) Then complete all information fields, print out the form and sign by both President and adviser. Lastly, the student will return the form to Student Organization Services in Taylor 205A.
