Impeccable customer service skills.  Must be self motivated and possess the ability to multi-task.  Need to understand wine/mixed drinks and how to up-sale to your customers.  Need an outgoing personable personality and have the ability to make people like you immediately.  Need to have flexible schedule and availability to work at least 3 shifts per week.  

Requirements:  Professional appearance required!  A year of serving experience is preferred, but at least 6 months of experience is required.  Knowledge of wines is a must.  Applicants need to have at least 1 morning during the week open to work a lunch shift from 10:30am to 3pm.
