K-12 Outreach
In order to sustain the increases in STEM major degrees beyond the duration for this project, we will work with K-12 STEM instructors and guidance counselors. We will share the changing face of collegiate STEM majors so they can better advise their students. We will work to ensure that students in middle and high school grades have the mathematics skills to pursue collegiate STEM courses. We also hope to broaden their understanding of the range of STEM possibilities available in higher education.
