Note: Harassment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity is defined as sexual harassment.  Sexual harassment also includes sexual assault, sexual misconduct, and sexual violence.  All complaints of sexual harassment and misconduct are managed by the Title IX Office.
